Payments Policy
For retail orders, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards and other forms of payment. Your credit card will be billed when your order is placed. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders for online orders. Sales tax is charged for New York residents only.
Returns Policy
While we strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations, we understand that our customers occasionally desire to return their purchases for a variety of reasons. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, as per the terms and conditions established below.
Return Process
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the order upon delivery and contact Shepherd’s Books immediately if there are any missing or damaged products. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving a product.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for most returns. The fee will be waived if the return is due to a defective product and/or an error on the part of Shepherd’s Books. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
